In the position of account manager, you advise the right partnership to promote possibilities we have to offer. Not with just a quick sales pitch, but based on knowledge and professionalism. You know what is going on at various organizations linked to our cause and how we can contribute. You know better than anyone how to convince potential customers to continue working with us, by telephone or by a personal appointment. Can you score as many appointments as possible? Then we need you in our team!
Which activities do you carry out during the week?
✓ You maintain telephone contact with leads and prospects;
✓ You respond to wishes and needs of our partners;
✓ You advise solicited and unsolicited about the partnerships we offer;
✓ You proactively identify commercial opportunities and opportunities in the market;
✓ You are responsible for the current pipeline and appointment agenda;
✓ You think along with the sales and marketing activities and commercial annual plans.
What we expect?
✓ You have at least HBO work and thinking level;
✓ You have (work) experience in a commercial (sales) position;
✓ You are not afraid to pick up the phone for acquiring new leads;
✓ You master the Dutch language excellently and are skilled in English (Bosnian is a plus);
✓ You always think along with the potential customer, you offer solutions and with your communication and contact skills
✓ you know how to advise and convince your discussion partner;
✓ You are enthusiastic, energetic and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality;
✓ Affinity and / or experience with learning and development is an advantage.
